Annalisa Cavaleri from Lombardy is a professional journalist and author of the book "Luxury Food. The key words for winning strategies in luxury food and wine". Graduated in Law from the University of Brescia and in Public Relations and Advertising from the IULM University of Milan, she has worked for years as a journalist and food critic for some of the most important publications in the sector, including the Michelin Guide. For years he has studied the symbolic value of food in religions, haute cuisine, luxury hotels and the relationship between food, territory and art.
