Jacopo Fontaneto

Jacopo Fontaneto, born in 1978, a degree in modern literature, is a journalist and food expert. He writes for Il Gusto, and he is also a radio and television author. He has collaborated with important national newspapers including Repubblica, La Stampa, L'Espresso and the Ansa agency. He teaches Cooking History in Novara and is an inspector for the Espresso Guides. He has published several volumes for CentoArchi. He lives in Milan.
