Helene Cooper
Helene Cooper, Pentagon correspondent for the New York Times and former White House correspondent. In 2015, he was part of a team that won the Pulitzer Prize for a work on the Ebola epidemic in Liberia. The Urbino Press Award (2011), the George Polk award (2015) and the Overseas Press Club Award (2015) are also on display in her trophy case. She is also the bestselling author of The House at Sugar Beach: In Search of a Lost African Childhood (Simon and Schuster, 2008) and Madame President: The Extraordinary Story of Ellen Johnson Sirleaf (Simon and Schuster, 2017).
